Our current home is old, build in 1920 (ish). It holds a lot of the charm of old homes like natural woodwork and higher ceilings. It also has some of the not-so-charming features like small closets, choppy layout, and a draft.
My handy hubby decided doing some extra insulating in the attic may help that problem and while he was ripping things apart he found this cool card addressed to our houses' owner way back when.
I did some research, and learned that there was a burglary in my house of a watch but that was in 1929, but no addition information on the E.W. Kragh this was addressed to. Cool finding a little piece of history right in your own home!
The only had to put "city" on it... before zip codes I guess.

so cool!
That is so interesting!!
Ask Grandma what she knows about them. I remember your Great Grandpa talking about the Kraghs next door. He moved Grandmas house next door to you around 1930, I think. A. Anne
