Out of dinner ideas? I was too, and thanks to a coupon and some isle browsing I made a simple dish that got rave reviews... not homemade but hey....

Some pretty darn good fish tacos (don't knock 'em till you try 'em)
And don't be afraid- I was PLEASANTLY surprised at the mild taste of the frozen fish filets. They're not fried, just coated and when you cook in the skillet they crisp up and are the perfect texture for this dish!
