Butterfly Soup

He's been asking me for months to make it. Trying to explain what it is. In my morning rushing I repeatedly forgot to ask his teacher. Eventually I got the "recipe" for butterfly soup. Works for a quick dinner for the kids when mom and dad are having "grown up food".
To make:
Boil a handful of various noodles until overcooked: bowties (butterflies), spaghetti (worms), corkscrews (slugs), rigatoni (caterpillars). I used Smart Pasta by Barilla for some protein and fiber.
Cover noodles with chicken stock (butterfly juice) and let warm
Top with fresh or dried parsley (grass)
Serve.
*thinking of adding some carrots (sticks), and celery (grasshoppers) and maybe red beans (ladybugs). We will see!
